Our story
Our history in Finland stretches back to 1996. Since then, we have continuously strengthened our market position.
A new era was entered in 2017, when the Nordic VENI Energy Group acquired the companies Enegia Market Services Oy and Yrittäjäin Sähkönhankinta Oy. In January 2018, Enegia Market Services in Finland was renamed VENI Energia in line with the group's name VENI Energy Group. In August 2021, the expansion continued with the acquisition of Greene Finland Oy. Starting from January 2025, we serve our customers under one brand, VENI Energia.
