Elisa Kivimäki has worked at VENI for over a year as a Back-Office Service Specialist. To her, every workday is different and comes with new things to learn. 

“It’s great to see that my professional skills have grown so much that I can help my colleagues even in challenging cases,” she says.

Elisa’s mornings usually start with a coffee break with colleagues. Throughout the day, her desk is filled with tasks related to customer and contract information management.

She finds herself part of a highly professional work culture. Colleagues are always helpful, and there is a lot of dialogue between teams.

“Daily operations are carried out together, creating a strong team spirit.  I feel that employees are valued and well taken care of,” Elisa sums up.
